Aperi is a daily question app for couples that delivers personalized conversation prompts. The Service includes a web application, content, and related features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Aperi, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payment terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and platform policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms
